Starting therapy - for the first time or for the fifth time - can be intimidating. Here are some questions I get asked often when people are ready to get started:

50-minute individual session: $130
75-minute and 90-minute sessions may be available at an additional rate.
When able to do so, I can negotiate my rates.

All major credit cards are accepted. HSA/FSA cards are also accepted.
I don’t accept insurance; however, I am able to provide a superbill for possible out-of-network reimbursement. -
I require at least 24 hours advance notice to cancel appointments.
If you notify me less than 24 hours before the appointment, you may be required to pay the full cost of the session..

I typically work Monday-Thursday from 10AM-3PM CST. If you reach out Friday-Sunday, those days are not considered business hours, and I won’t respond to your inquiry until the next business day.
For ongoing sessions, I may be able to negotiate regular meeting times outside of these hours. -

Our first session will be about getting to know one another. We'll spend some time talking about what you've been feeling and touch on any past issues that you feel are important to share. I'll answer any questions you have for me and together we can begin to sort out what you are looking for in therapy and how I can help you meet those goals.
